Adaptive re-use for conversion and remodel of existing prefabricated metal building into a 40,000 s.f. clear span vehicle maintenance building and design of a new tire and dynamometer shop. Work included vehicular equipment layout, maintenance pits, paint spray booth, integrated design of exposed systems and interiors.
